“Saturate,” A Contemporary Animation Exhibition

We are extremely pleased to announce that UNO- St. Claude Gallery will host “Saturate,” a six-person animation exhibition curated by UNO Department of Fine Art’s Dan Rule. In this exhibit, the various methods of animation used by artists Marina Zurkow, Jeremy Couillard, Francoise Gamma, Joshua Mosley, Jake Fried, and Saigo No Shudan will come together to be played simultaneously providing an inundated experience of contemporary animation exposing themes of ecological conservation, digital spaces in and out of computers, violence and eroticism, and mind-bending animation and video work.

The gallery, located at 2429 St. Claude Ave., will hold an opening reception on Saturday, February 13, from 6-9 pm. Exhibit dates are February 13- March 6, 2016.
